Our commitment
At ITC Compliance Ltd, we are committed to conducting our business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. Respect for human rights is fundamental to the way we operate, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms.
Although we are not required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to our annual turnover being under the threshold, we have chosen to do so voluntarily. As an FCA-authorised Principal Firm, we believe that transparency, good governance and responsible business practices are integral to maintaining the trust of our clients, Appointed Representatives, employees and business partners.
About us
ITC Compliance Ltd is an FCA-authorised Principal Firm with a network of Appointed Representatives (ARs).
Whilst we consider the risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be relatively low due to the professional nature of our services, we recognise that risks can exist within business relationships and supply chains. We are committed to remaining vigilant and taking proportionate steps to minimise those risks.

Policies and governance
Our approach is supported by our governance framework and internal policies. These policies help ensure that ethical behaviour, accountability and respect for human rights remain embedded within our organisation.
We expect our Appointed Representatives, suppliers, contractors and business partners to conduct their activities lawfully, ethically and responsibly.
Where appropriate, we seek assurance that organisations with whom we work comply with applicable employment legislation and maintain practices that support the protection of human rights.
Should concerns be identified regarding unethical working practices or potential modern slavery, we will consider appropriate action based on the circumstances.
Raising concerns
We encourage employees, Appointed Representatives, suppliers and other stakeholders to report any concerns relating to suspected modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical working practices.
Concerns will be considered appropriately and handled in accordance with our internal policies and procedures.
Continuous improvement
We recognise that preventing modern slavery requires ongoing vigilance. We will continue to review our policies, governance arrangements and business practices to support the identification and mitigation of modern slavery risks.
This statement will be reviewed annually and updated where appropriate.
